Information you give us: your first name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of service you need, and your insurance type when you submit a callback request. If you call or email us, we keep a record of what you tell us so a coordinator can follow up.

Information collected automatically: your device type, browser, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook) advertising pixels.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to return your call, understand what kind of home care you are looking for, help identify appropriate options, connect you with a licensed provider that may be able to help, coordinate that introduction, respond to questions, and keep records required by Massachusetts and federal law. Insurance eligibility, authorization, scheduling, and staffing are handled by the licensed provider. We also use aggregated website data to understand which pages and advertisements are useful so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact details to third-party marketers.

4. Health information

This website is a general intake and information tool. We ask only for what is reasonably necessary to follow up and make an appropriate connection. Please do not submit detailed medical records or clinical history through the website form. Consent is not a condition of receiving services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts, or tell any coordinator you would prefer not to be contacted.

7. Cookies and advertising choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at google.com/settings/ads and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this site work but will not prevent you from calling us.

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete information that we are not legally required to keep. You may also withdraw consent to marketing contact at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within thirty days.

11. Children

This website is intended for adults arranging care for themselves or a family member. We do not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen through this site.

12. Changes to this policy
