CareLink Agency is a home care connection and coordination service. We help you understand the levels of in-home care available in Massachusetts, collect your intake details once, and connect you with a licensed home healthcare provider suited to your situation.

The licensed provider you are connected with employs and assigns the nurses and aides, completes the clinical assessment, develops the care plan when applicable, confirms insurance eligibility and authorization, staffs the case, and determines availability and start dates.
