CareLink Agency is an independent healthcare connection and coordination platform that helps individuals and families in Massachusetts understand their home care options and connect with licensed home healthcare providers. CareLink Agency is not a licensed healthcare provider. It does not deliver clinical care, does not employ, assign, or supervise nurses, aides, or other care personnel, and does not make clinical decisions. Licensed providers deliver the healthcare services. CareLink Agency is not affiliated with or endorsed by MassHealth, any managed care plan, or any government agency.

2. What this website is and is not

This website provides general information about home care in Massachusetts and a way to request a callback so we can help identify options and connect you with a licensed provider. It is an information, intake, and coordination tool only. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship with any provider, does not guarantee that services are available in your area, and does not guarantee eligibility, insurance coverage, authorization, staffing, or a service start date.

A care relationship begins only between you and the licensed provider you choose, after that provider completes its assessment and a written service agreement is signed by you or your authorized representative.

3. No medical advice and no emergency service

Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing here should replace guidance from your physician or another qualified health professional. Always consult your provider about medical decisions.

This website and our callback line are not emergency services. If you or the person you care for is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use this form to report an urgent clinical situation.

4. Insurance, coverage, and cost

CareLink Agency does not sell, provide, or broker health insurance. We can help connect you with licensed providers that work with plans such as MassHealth Standard, several Massachusetts managed care and senior care plans, and private pay. Coverage, eligibility, authorized hours, and any out-of-pocket cost are determined by your health plan and the licensed provider, not by CareLink Agency.

Statements on this site about coverage describe common outcomes for families we have helped. They are not a promise of coverage, eligibility, authorization, a specific number of hours, or a specific price for you. The licensed provider verifies eligibility and obtains any required authorizations.

5. Timelines we describe

CareLink Agency works to make the connection process as efficient as possible. Any timing described on this site refers to CareLink follow-up under normal conditions and is not a guarantee. Actual availability, eligibility, authorization, staffing, and service start times depend on the licensed provider you are connected with and on individual circumstances.

6. Consent to be contacted

When you submit the callback form and check the consent box, you agree that CareLink Agency and its coordinators may contact you by phone call, text message, or email at the number and address you provide, including through automated dialing technology, about your care request and connecting you with a licensed provider. Consent is not a condition of receiving services.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or ask a coordinator to remove your number. You can also email info@carelinkagency.com to withdraw consent at any time.

7. Testimonials and outcomes

Testimonials on this site come from families CareLink Agency has helped. Care described in those comments was delivered by licensed providers. First names and last initials are used, and quotes are edited for length and clarity with permission. Testimonials reflect the experience of the individual family described. Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and no particular result is promised.

8. Accuracy of the information you give us

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the person named or an authorized representative acting on that person's behalf. Do not submit another person's health information without their permission.

9. Privacy

Our handling of the information you submit, including analytics and advertising cookies, is described in our Privacy Policy. Health information created by a licensed provider once you become its client is protected under HIPAA and applicable Massachusetts law.

10. Non-discrimination

CareLink Agency serves families and hires without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, source of payment, or any other status protected by law. Interpretation support is available on request.

11. Accessibility

We work to keep this site usable with keyboards, screen readers, and text zoom, and we aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If any part of this site is difficult to use, call us or email info@carelinkagency.com and we will help you directly and correct the issue.
